🧀Grab 1/3-1/2 cup of cheese (I used a mexican blend)

🍳Shape into a circle and cook on high for 2-4 min until the cheese is all melted. 🥚Crack 2 large eggs on top, season with salt/pepper/paprika, and cover for about 3-4 min (or until the eggs are cooked to your liking, I like mine really runny). You won’t need any oil on the pan because of the 🧀 so it will be really easy to move from the pan to the plate. 🥓Top with your faves - I used avocado, pico de gallo, tapatio and bacon on the side.
